Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect items as soon as you receive them and let us know of any issue as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of delivery, by emailing contact@amgsupply.ltd.

Faulty or damaged items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos as soon as possible. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no cost to you.

Change of mind: If you simply change your mind, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email contact@amgsupply.ltd with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitably protected for transit. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, and typically appear in your account within 14 working days.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at contact@amgsupply.ltd with your order number and we will try to accommodate this.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer for personal use, your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, are unaffected by this policy.
