Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched on working weekdays (Monday to Friday). Estimated dispatch and delivery timescales are 3 to 12 Business Days shown on each product page where possible.

If you require your order urgently, please let us know at contact@amgsupply.ltd and we will do our best to prioritise it.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Please notify us immediately if you spot an error on your order confirmation. Redelivery charges may apply where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt (e.g. nobody available to receive it).

Delivery charges and lead times vary by product and destination and, where applicable, are shown at checkout. If you are unsure of a charge or timescale before ordering, contact us and we will confirm.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock or subject to an extended lead time, we will contact you with a realistic timescale as soon as we are aware.
